Vilbil Art LLP (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information across our digital infrastructure. Vilbil Art LLP is the official operator of The Vilbil platform (Vilbil.Art). When you use The Vilbil, you are interacting with a project managed and owned by Vilbil Art LLP.

1. Information We Collect

1.1. Personal Information: When you register as an Artist or User on The Vilbil, we collect your name, email address, and professional links to facilitate your participation in our virtual galleries.

1.2. Technical Data: We automatically collect information about your IP address and interaction with our 3D environments to optimize the performance of the Vilbil.Art platform.

1.3. Gallery Visits: When you walk through a gallery, we record the visit: your city and country (worked out from your IP address, which we do not keep with the visit), when you entered and left, the type of your device (phone, tablet or computer), its operating system, your browser, the size and orientation of your screen and whether you used full screen, which works you stopped at and for how long, whether you came through The Vilbil or through the artist's own website, and the name of the website that led you there (only the site's name, not the page). We also record how the picture reached you (how quickly it appeared, how smoothly it played and which of our servers showed it), so that we can fix problems. This record is not linked to your name, e-mail or account.

1.4. Purchase Requests: When you ask to buy a work, we pass what you enter in the form — your name, country, e-mail, phone and message — to the owner of the gallery, so they can answer you directly, and keep a copy.

2. Payment Processing & Merchant of Record

2.1. Third-Party Processing: All financial transactions (subscriptions, sales, or fees) are conducted via an authorized third-party Merchant of Record. This partner is responsible for the secure processing of payments, tax compliance (VAT/GST), and billing.

2.2. Financial Privacy: Vilbil Art LLP does not store or process your credit card or bank details. All such data is handled exclusively by the Merchant of Record under their own security protocols and Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

• Operate The Vilbil platform;
• Manage your account and submissions;
• Coordinate with our Merchant of Record to verify your transactions;
• Maintain the security and technical integrity of our virtual spaces.

4. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Merchant of Record: To process your payments and handle customer support regarding billing.
• Infrastructure Providers: Hosting and 3D streaming services necessary to keep the Platform online.
• Gallery Owners: The artist, curator or collector whose gallery you visit sees the statistics of that gallery — the city and country, the time, the type of device and the works viewed on each visit — and receives your purchase request if you send one.
• Legal Requirements: If mandated by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active or as required by the legal regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan to fulfill our tax and reporting obligations.

We keep records of gallery visits and purchase requests for as long as the account of the gallery owner exists, and delete them together with that account.

6. Your Rights
