The flaws of others are scrutinized, often as an escape from our own, a race to the bottom. May this installation be a constant reminder to focus on our continual improvement? Don’t waste energy and time creating a divide by judging how others should be and how they should behave. Be the promoter of the reality you desire. Correct firmly, but don’t pontificate; resolve through your good example. Advise, but don’t impose. And above all, before expressing yourself, look within. Foster empathy, not distance.
