Constructive Art
The artworks in this exhibition hall are a selection of Robert Richardson’s ongoing portfolio of abstract digital art. These Constructive Art works relate to Constructivism, Concrete Art and Minimalism. He incorporates these influences in ways that, through using vector software, achieve his own twenty-first-century style. This approach to digital art is different from those who only use pixel-based applications. These bold and entertaining artworks also connect with his original art school background in design. These artworks, part of an ongoing series, were produced between 2014 and 2025. It is the intention to produce all of them as prints in the future.
