Fabienne Blanc () — The Vilbil: Online Hub for Art and Artists

Fabienne Blanc

Fabienne Blanc possesses a rigorous foundation in architecture, having completed her formal training at the Beaux-Arts in Paris, studying initially at UP4 and subsequently at UP2 in Nanterre. During her architectural studies, she successfully passed the competitive entrance exam for the Plastic Arts program at the Beaux-Arts. However, facing the intense demands of her architectural education, she chose to focus exclusively on the built environment at that time.

Her professional career began in 1987 within design offices specializing in institutional catering facilities, where she eventually advanced to the role of Technical Manager. A pivotal moment in her artistic trajectory occurred in 1999. During a professional transition, she reconnected with her creative roots, producing over forty watercolors as a self-taught artist while simultaneously mastering complex digital design tools such as AutoCAD and 3D Studio Max.

This duality of technical precision and artistic fluidity defined her subsequent years as a Project Manager in an architectural firm. Following the conclusion of her architectural career in April 2023, she dedicated herself fully to painting, establishing herself as a professional artist in December of that year and launching her digital portfolio in 2024. Today, her work is gaining international recognition, bridging the discipline of her architectural past with the emotive freedom of watercolor.
